এসময় জানানো হয়, ঢাকা বোর্ডে পাশের হার ৮২.৭২, রাজশাহীতে ৯৪.১০ শতাংশ, সিলেটে ৯২.৭৯ শতাংশ, কুমিল্লা ৮৮.৮০, যশোর ৯১.০৮, রাজশাহী ৯৮.১০, দিনাজপুর ৮৩.৯২ শতাংশ, ময়মনসিংহ ৮৭.২১ , চট্টগ্রাম ৮২.৯৩ শতাংশ, বরিশালে ৯৭.০৫ শতাংশ ও মাদ্রাসা বোর্ডে পাশের হার ৮৯.৭৭ শতাংশ।

গত বছর ২০১৮ সালের প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা সমাপনী (পিএসসি) পরীক্ষার উপর ভিত্তি করে সাধারণ কোটায় বৃত্তি পেয়েছিল ৪৯ হাজার ৫০০ জন এবং ট্যালেন্টপুলে বৃত্তি পেয়েছিল ৩৩ হাজার শিক্ষার্থী। এবছর পিএসসি তে মোট বৃত্তি পেয়েছিল ৮২ হাজার ৫০০ শিক্ষার্থী।
